Instruction

1.為了滿足國(guó)際海事組織、主管機(jī)關(guān)和船級(jí)社的規(guī)定和要求，確保消防、救生設(shè)備的完整，進(jìn)一步完善養(yǎng)護(hù)記錄，制訂了本記錄簿。

This Record book is compiled according to the request of IMO, Marine Authority and Classification Society.

2.此記錄簿由三副記錄和填寫，填寫時(shí)必須仔細(xì)、認(rèn)真、載入正確、字跡清楚、整潔。并按 SOLAS 要求.每周將救生設(shè)備檢查情況簡(jiǎn)要載入航海日志中。

This book is recorded by 3RD Officer for the Inspection and Maintenance of the Fire-Fighting, Lifesaving And Personal Protection Equipment every week . All records must clean, clear and correct.

3.消防、救生設(shè)備的配備數(shù)量、檢查周期等都根據(jù)國(guó)際海事組織（IMO）通過(guò)的《國(guó)際海上人命安全公約（1974 年 SOLAS）》和 歷屆修正案規(guī)定和要求。

The quantity and examination period for all Fire-Fighting, Lifesaving And Personal Protection Equipment shall meet the requirment of the SOLAS 1974 and its Amendment.

4.本記錄簿中部分設(shè)備不屬三副主管，相關(guān)主管人員協(xié)助完成，由三副記錄，共同簽字。

Both of the person-in-charge and the 3^rd Officer should sign at the bottom if the euipments is not maintance by 3^rd Officer.

5.三副必須按規(guī)定的周期進(jìn)行消防、救生設(shè)備的檢查和養(yǎng)護(hù)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷應(yīng)及時(shí)記錄，盡量自行整改，或告大副、船長(zhǎng)，由船上整改。必要時(shí)報(bào)公司有關(guān)部門幫助整改。

The 3^rd Officer must complete the maintenance job by period. If there is any defect, self-repaired or report the defect to the 1^st Offcier or Master.

6.三副必須按規(guī)定三個(gè)月將此記錄簿送交大副、半年送交船長(zhǎng)簽閱，大副、船長(zhǎng)在查閱后，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題應(yīng)及時(shí)給三副以指導(dǎo)。

The 3^rd Officer shall handle the record book to 1^st Officer every 3 morths anf to Master half a year for checking and approval. The 1^st Officer and the master shall make a guide for 3^rd Master if there is any problem,

7.主管部門來(lái)船檢查時(shí)三副應(yīng)將此記錄簿交主管人員審閱。

The 3^rd Officer shall handle this record book for checking during survey.

8.記錄簿用完后必須在船保留 3 年。

This Record Book shall kept on board for 3 years after used.
