博洛尼亞香腸三明治Grown-up bologna sandwiches
Chipotle-mayonnaise墨西哥辣椒蛋黃醬:
120ml mayonnaise蛋黃醬
1 tbsp adobo sauce墨西哥阿斗波醬
bologna sandwiches filling博洛尼亞香腸三明治餡料:
30ml olive oil橄欖油
125px thick slice bologna, cut into 25px chunks(about 225g) 5厘米厚片博洛尼亞,切成1厘米的塊(約225克)
75g onions, chopped洋蔥碎
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp Dijon mustard法國第戎芥末
2 tsp honey蜂蜜
120ml white wine白葡萄酒

4 slices white bread, toasted白吐司
Method
1.Make Chipotle mayonnaise制作墨西哥辣椒蛋黃醬:
Combine the mayonnaise and chipotle pepper ina bowl, and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. 把蛋黃醬和墨西哥干辣椒在碗里,攪拌直到潤滑。冷藏,直到可以使用了。
2.bologna sandwiches filling博洛尼亞香腸三明治餡料:
A.Put the oilinto a large pan over a medium-high heat, and then add the bologna chunks tothe hot oil. Saute while tossing to brown all sides, about 8 minutes. 把油放入鍋中加熱,然后將切好的博洛尼亞香腸塊放入,炒到棕色,約8分鐘。
B.Add theonions and season lightly with salt and a few grinds of pepper. Continue totoss while cooking until the onions are tender, about 5 minutes more加入洋蔥和鹽和一些現(xiàn)磨胡椒磨。繼續(xù)攪拌,同時(shí)烹飪直到洋蔥變軟,約5分鐘
