I have vertigo. There is no way around it for me. It's mainly putting mind over matter. It's mainly just, little by little, learning to handle things better.

The best way to conquer your fear is just to hit it head on. Just go bungee jumping or skydiving.

Go ride in a balloon or on a roller coaster. Make it a fun experience while you're overcoming your fear, and then it'll make heights seem less scary.
