Beijing, June 22 (China Economic Net) -- 'When in China', the fresh new feature program about Pakistanis co-produced by China Economic Net(CEN) and Pakistan VSH News Television, starts to be broadcast on VSH News Television at 18:40 Islamabad time on June 22, and will be rebroadcast at 14:40 on 23th June and at 16:40 on 24th June. The program is launched on CEN at the same time.
Each episode of the program lasts 15 minutes and will be broadcast on a bi-weekly basis. The program interviews Pakistanis who live, work, and study in China, not only unveiling the 'mysteries' of Pakistanis' lives in China and presenting their real daily lives, but also sharing their experiences of working and studying in China, as well as their thoughts on the future development of China and Pakistan.
'When in China' is the latest production after 'Belt and Road Face to Face' jointly produced by CEN and VSH News Television on a weekly basis in October last year. In recent years, with the development of Belt and Road and the construction of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC), the exchanges and cooperation between China and Pakistan are getting closer. More and more Pakistanis live in China, and the number of Pakistani students accounts to about 22,000. They have earnest and diligent lives there, keep China-Pakistan friendship in minds, and contribute to the development of the two countries.
The first episode of 'When in China' went to Beijing financial street and interviewed Muhammad Hanif Khan, Head Representative of Pakistan's Bank AL Habib in Beijing, to show the banker's live in China.
VSH News Television is the first Balochi language TV station in Balochistan Province, Pakistan, where Gwadar Port is located. CPEC is the flagship project of Belt and Road Initiative and Gwadar Port is the key priority of the CPEC.
