教育部考試中心主任姜鋼在《中國高等教育雜志》刊登的文章《堅持以立德樹人為核心深化高考考試內(nèi)容改革》透露，在命題工作中更加注重“四個加強”：加強社會主義核心價值觀的考查；加強依法治國理念的考查；加強中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的考查；加強創(chuàng)新能力的考查。業(yè)內(nèi)人士認為，無論是發(fā)言者的身份，還是探討的話題，堪稱權(quán)威重磅。
反觀近年全國卷真題，2013年I卷的“中國畫”、2013年II卷的“中國結(jié)”和2015年II卷的“重陽節(jié)”均考查了“中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化”這個話題；其中2015年II卷的“重陽節(jié)去敬老院”還考查“社會主義核心價值觀（孝敬老人）”這個話題。
1.穩(wěn)。即文體基本局限于應(yīng)用文中的書信體（含電子郵件）。
2.變。即可能會回避近年（特別是兩三年內(nèi)）考過的邀請信、求助信（請求信）、建議信、申請信、咨詢信、約稿信。有可能傾向于近年未考過的祝賀信、感謝信、求職信等書信體；另外屬于應(yīng)用文的留言條也是生活中常用文體，也可能是考查方向（2009年I卷考查過留言條）。
