胃腸道是人體內(nèi)最大的微生態(tài)世界,分布于其中的內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞會(huì)分泌多種多樣的肽類激素,幫助機(jī)體進(jìn)行消化,調(diào)節(jié)能量平衡。而營養(yǎng)發(fā)育和神經(jīng)刺激都會(huì)促進(jìn)內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞分泌激素。

成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子 15(FGF15,小鼠)和成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子 19(FGF-19,人)由回腸上皮細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生。膽汁酸通過法尼醇X受體(FXR)刺激 FGF15/19 的分泌。FGF15/19 的受體是由 FGFR4(一個(gè)酪氨酸激酶受體)和B-Klotho受體組成的異二聚體復(fù)合物。FGF15/19 能抑制膽汁酸的合成,刺激肝臟蛋白質(zhì)的合成和糖生成,以及抑制糖異生。
