美國新醫(yī)保法案——The New Health Care Bill in America
Anny: There are a lot of rumors going around about the new health care bill in America.
Sam: Yes, many are saying that it's some form of universal health care, where the government is raising taxes to pay for everyone's health care.
Anny: I heard that too.
Sam: But that's actually not true. My American friend told me that the new law requires every person to buy health insurance.
Anny: Really? What if a person doesn't?
Sam: Then he or she will need to pay a fine.
Anny: I think that's a good idea. Medical insurance in America is so expensive because many people without insurance have large hospital bills.
Sam: Right, it's such a bad thing.
