摘要
隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展也變得越來越快,酒店管理也變得越來越重要。本文以某酒店為研究對象,分析酒店管理的現(xiàn)狀,并運用實踐的方法,提出改進的建議。首先,本文介紹了酒店管理的概念,并闡述了酒店管理的重要性。其次,本文分析了酒店管理的現(xiàn)狀,包括酒店的營銷、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、客房管理、安全管理等。最后,本文提出了一些改進建議,包括提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量、改善客房管理、加強安全管理等。

Abstract
