實(shí)驗(yàn)室簡(jiǎn)介

實(shí)驗(yàn)室負(fù)責(zé)人駱觀正教授為中山大學(xué)2017年“百人計(jì)劃”引進(jìn)人才,現(xiàn)任生命科學(xué)學(xué)院教授,國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室PI,博士生導(dǎo)師。長期以來從事表觀遺傳修飾和基因表達(dá)調(diào)控方面的研究,在生物信息學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)等方面均具有豐富的科研經(jīng)驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)研究了DNA及RNA甲基化(m6A)修飾對(duì)基因表達(dá)調(diào)控的作用機(jī)制,開發(fā)多個(gè)高通量測(cè)序和計(jì)算方法。詳情可參考:

實(shí)驗(yàn)室致力于發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決關(guān)鍵的生物學(xué)問題,并不拘泥于某一種技術(shù)或某一個(gè)技能,提倡多學(xué)科交叉合作。每一個(gè)加入實(shí)驗(yàn)室的學(xué)生和科研人員都有相對(duì)獨(dú)立的研究方向,彼此有關(guān)聯(lián)但不重疊,每個(gè)人都有充分發(fā)展興趣和培養(yǎng)技能的空間。特別歡迎對(duì)于生命的本質(zhì)有著強(qiáng)烈探索精神的有志青年加入。實(shí)驗(yàn)室將提供一個(gè)相對(duì)寬松的科研文化,歡迎不同背景的同事加入,也會(huì)鼓勵(lì)學(xué)習(xí)和促成合作。目前實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)過前期建設(shè),已經(jīng)走上正軌,穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)出結(jié)果。目前作為獨(dú)立實(shí)驗(yàn)室已有一篇Genome Biology和一篇Cell Research發(fā)表,另有多個(gè)課題有望在近期取得突破。

崗位要求

1. 分子生物學(xué)和生物化學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)博士畢業(yè)生(或?qū)⒂?019年畢業(yè)),符合中山大學(xué)博士后入站基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

2. 品行端正,身心健康,工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng),善于溝通,具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。

3. 協(xié)助培養(yǎng)研究生,協(xié)助指導(dǎo)課題進(jìn)展及撰寫論文。

4. 具有NGS建庫及測(cè)序、單細(xì)胞操作、酶的定向進(jìn)化、化學(xué)修飾檢測(cè)、基因編輯、多組學(xué)聯(lián)合分析等研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

崗位待遇

1. 基本工資年薪20萬(稅前),實(shí)驗(yàn)室根據(jù)工作成績提供額外獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

2. 學(xué)校提供校內(nèi)博士后公寓,享受公費(fèi)醫(yī)療,子女可安排附屬幼兒園入學(xué)。

3. 協(xié)助申請(qǐng)廣東省各類博士后人才項(xiàng)目,工資可有較大幅度上漲。

4. 博士后在站期限為3年,因項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展需要可申請(qǐng)至4年。出站后可繼續(xù)申請(qǐng)專職研究員崗位。優(yōu)秀者可直接應(yīng)聘中山大學(xué)副教授,或廣東省其它高校同等職位。

研究方向

1. NGS測(cè)序及數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)技術(shù)開發(fā):圍繞DNA和RNA上新型表觀修飾如m6A等熱點(diǎn)問題,開發(fā)新的測(cè)序方法和分析技術(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)新的基因表達(dá)調(diào)控規(guī)律。

2. 干細(xì)胞重編程機(jī)制:利用單細(xì)胞測(cè)序等前沿技術(shù),研究干細(xì)胞去分化、轉(zhuǎn)分化等重編程過程中的表觀遺傳變化規(guī)律,闡明細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定機(jī)制;探索醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用潛力。

3. 表觀遺傳組和基因轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控:從表觀遺傳角度,探索基因表達(dá)調(diào)控基礎(chǔ)和普遍的機(jī)理。
