Neva Towers is a multi-functional complex developed by Renaissance Development. It is jointly designed and constructed by a global team of architects: SPEECH (Russia), HOK (USA), and FXFOWLE (USA). Neva Towers位于莫斯科國(guó)際商業(yè)中心，占地2.41公頃，已于2020年完工，是一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的多功能大廈，擁有公寓、辦公室、商務(wù)樓和各種基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。其前身為Russia Tower，后來(lái)更名為Neva Towers，由兩個(gè)摩天大樓組成。Tower 1高297米65層；Tower 2高345米共79層是歐洲最高的住宅建筑，并且也是歐洲第四高摩天大樓，絕佳的地理位置以及本身的體量高度使其坐擁莫斯科最佳城市景觀。
Located in the Moscow International Business Center, Neva Towers covers an area of 2.41 hectares. It has been completed in 2020. It is a modern multi-functional building with apartments, offices, business buildings and various infrastructures. Its predecessor was Russia Tower, later renamed NevaTowers, consisting of two skyscrapers. Tower 1 is 297 meters high and 65 stories high; Tower 2 is 345 meters high and has 79 stories. It is the tallest residential building in Europe and the fourth tallest skyscraper in Europe. Its excellent location and volume make it the best in Moscow city View.
建筑的外觀設(shè)計(jì)符合20世紀(jì)初歷史悠久的摩天大樓的傳統(tǒng)，用玻璃的輕盈和天然石材的沉重相互補(bǔ)充，且均按照美國(guó)綠色建筑委員會(huì)的LEED標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行建造。該項(xiàng)目的獨(dú)特之處還在于為市中心增添了廣闊的綠色空間，位于4層的臺(tái)基屋頂上設(shè)有私人公園與室外游泳池，符合現(xiàn)代人對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的所有要求。
The exterior design of the building conforms to the tradition of long-standing skyscrapers in the early 20th century. The lightness of glass and the heaviness of natural stone complement each other, and are constructed in accordance with the LEED standards of the US Green Building Council. The uniqueness of the project is that it adds a vast green space to the city center. The private park and outdoor swimming pool are located on the roof of the platform on the fourth floor, which meets all the requirements of modern people for the quality of life.
The lobby design first uses neutral gray tones with polished marble wall tiles, metal furniture, uniquely shaped lamps and art decorations to create a luxurious and high-end space atmosphere and texture, which lays the foundation for the overall interior space of the building.

The public space of the residential building is partly designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates and has various facilities such as private squash courts, private music studios, private rooftop garden with panoramic swimming pool, fitness center, private spa, private cinema and fitness center, virtual golf course .
塔樓的第五層空間預(yù)留用于辦公，室外與4層的臺(tái)基屋頂?shù)乃饺斯珗@相連，室內(nèi)則運(yùn)用不同的材質(zhì)、紋理營(yíng)造現(xiàn)代、時(shí)尚、簡(jiǎn)潔的多功能區(qū)間。
The fifth floor of the tower is reserved for office use. The outdoor is connected to the private park on the 4-story platform roof, while the interior uses different materials and textures to create a modern, stylish and concise multifunctional space.

建筑的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)同樣是由由英國(guó)室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所HBA負(fù)責(zé)，分為studio、一居室、兩居室、三居室和頂層公寓三個(gè)戶型。
The interior design of the building is in charge of the British interior design firm HBA, which is divided into three types: studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and penthouse.

The space area designed by BODES Studio is 71.4 square meters. The soft and natural design of the entrance hall instantly draws people into the warmth and harmony of their own home. The open space makes the indoor movement very smooth, and the grass-green sofa and green plants add a touch of natural brightness.
臥室設(shè)計(jì)層次分明卻不失感性，運(yùn)用燈光柔和線條，靜謐、安穩(wěn)。兒童房則運(yùn)用簡(jiǎn)單的色彩與童真的圖案輕輕點(diǎn)綴，活潑可愛(ài)。
The design of the bedroom is distinct but sensual, with soft lighting lines, quiet and stable. The children's room is lightly embellished with simple colors and innocent patterns, which is lively and cute.

Red Robot Design設(shè)計(jì)的空間是一個(gè)60㎡的兩室公寓，以灰色、木色為主，注重功能與結(jié)構(gòu)的劃分，細(xì)節(jié)上紋理、色彩、燈光的運(yùn)用也很有巧思。
The space designed by Red Robot Design is a 60-square-meter two-room apartment, dominated by gray and wood colors, paying attention to the division of function and structure, and the use of texture, color and lighting in the details is also very clever.
