陳福耀 ,1940 年生于廣東始興人 , 原任羊城晚報(bào)報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)主任編輯 ,61 畢業(yè)于佛山藝專國畫專業(yè) , 后進(jìn)修廣州美院。國家一級美術(shù)師 , 中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國書法家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，全國書畫藝術(shù)委員會(huì)副主席。美術(shù)作品經(jīng)常參加省、市、全國及國際性大型美展 , 并獲各種獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng) , 不少作品被國際友人、港澳臺(tái)知名人士及國內(nèi)美術(shù)館、畫院收藏。2020 年由國際名人百科力薦入展“文博會(huì)”。

2021 年由國際名人百科舉薦，中國訪談網(wǎng)權(quán)威發(fā)布《2021 年中國當(dāng)代高層次書畫藝術(shù)人才——范迪安 陳福耀》。1971 年、1975 年、 1978 年分別由廣東人民出版社發(fā)行《中學(xué)生美術(shù)教材》,《小交通海生》、《西江潮》等教材書和連環(huán)畫畫冊；1975 年、1978 年由天津人民美術(shù)出版社出版發(fā)行《人物線描》1、2 集；1985 年由嶺南美術(shù)出版社發(fā)行《陳福耀作品選》( 國畫冊 )；2010 年與中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)主席劉大為、中國書法家協(xié)會(huì)榮譽(yù)主席沈鵬聯(lián)袂出版了《藝術(shù)大師三人行》, 該書由中國文史出版社出版 , 全國新華書店發(fā)行 ;2013 年作品入編由廣東省委、省政府編制 , 中國大百科全書發(fā)行《廣東百科全書》, 并特聘為該書顧問之一；同年書法作品“神州載福耀四方”被中國藝術(shù)飛天獎(jiǎng)評委會(huì)評為“中國藝術(shù)飛天獎(jiǎng)終身成就獎(jiǎng)”, 并被評為中國航天文化藝術(shù)中心終身藝術(shù)顧問；2016 年由中國文化部人才交流中心策劃 , 中國文聯(lián)出版社出版 ,《翰墨緣深》—?jiǎng)⒋鬄?、陳福耀作品?;2019 年 8 月被廣東省道和德慈善基金會(huì)聘任為基金會(huì)名譽(yù)主席 ; 同年 10 月 6 日 , 代表廣東省書畫界入選中國書畫家聯(lián)誼會(huì)新文藝群體工作委員會(huì)《奮進(jìn)新時(shí)代新文藝群體書畫家名人錄集》, 同年 12 月被受邀登入《中國書畫家報(bào)》2020 年首刊新春大拜年欄目 ;2020 年入編為國際名人百科終身會(huì)員，同年被國際名人百科舉薦為 2020 中國當(dāng)代優(yōu)秀人民藝術(shù)家。2020 年 12 月被國際名人百科舉薦為中國傳統(tǒng)文化 ( 書畫 ) 傳承人。

Chen Fuyao, born in 1940 in Shixing, Guangdong province, was formerly director editor of Yangcheng Evening News Group. He graduated from Foshan Art College majoring in Traditional Chinese painting, and later studied in Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. National first-class artist, member of Chinese Artists Association, member of Chinese calligrapher's Association, vice chairman of national Painting and calligraphy Art Committee. His works often participate in provincial, municipal, national and international large art exhibitions, and won a variety of awards, many works are international friends, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan celebrities and domestic art museums, art academies collection. 2020 by the international celebrity encyclopedia recommended to the exhibition "Cultural fair".

In 1975 and 1978, Tianjin People's Fine Arts Publishing House published the first and second series of Character Line Drawing. In 1985, Lingnan Fine Arts Publishing House published Selected Works of Chen Fuyao (Chinese Painting Album). In 2010, together with Liu Dawei, chairman of The Chinese Artists Association, and Shen Peng, honorary chairman of the Chinese Calligrapher's Association, he published Three Artists, which was published by China Literature and History Publishing House and distributed by Xinhua Bookstore nationwide. In 2013, his works were compiled by Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and guangdong Provincial Government. China Encyclopedia published Guangdong Encyclopedia, and was specially appointed as one of the consultants of the book. In the same year, he was recommended by the International Celebrity Encyclopedia as 2020 Outstanding Chinese Contemporary People's Artist. In December 2020, he was recommended by the International Celebrity Encyclopedia as the inheritor of Chinese traditional culture (calligraphy and painting).
In 2021, he was recommended by the international celebrity Encyclopedia as the forerunner of Chinese culture. The two calligraphic paintings "Belt and Road Prosperity, Chinese Dream Realizes World Peace" and "Chinese Dream Realizes, World Peace" were collected by officials of the Malaysian Embassy in China.
