天門市2015年小學六年級英語質(zhì)量檢測說明
（征求意見稿）
一、指導思想
1、本次命題將以考查學生的基礎知識和基本技能為重點，通過考試如實地反映出學生綜合運用語言的能力，讓他們體驗英語學習的進步與成功，認識自我，建立自信，了解自己學習中的得失,在今后的學習中及時調(diào)整學習的策略和方法，讓學習更輕松、更富有成效。
2、本次命題也將一如既往地關注試卷的導向作用，要讓教師通過考試了解英語課程改革的動態(tài)，獲取教學的反饋信息，對自己的教學行為進行反思和適當?shù)恼{(diào)整，不斷地提高自己的教育教學水平，要讓學校通過對考試的質(zhì)量分析及時了解英語課程的實施情況，改進教學管理，促進英語課程的不斷發(fā)展和完善。
二、命題說明
1、命題原則
（1）注重基礎知識的考查。試卷以教材為依據(jù)，試題來源于教材，但又避免對教材中的知識進行生搬硬套，重點考查一些學生必須掌握的基礎知識，為今后的英語學習夯實基礎。
（2）突出語言的交際功能。 英語作為語言，是一種交際工具。小學英語教學就是要根據(jù)小學生的年齡特點和語言學習的規(guī)律，確立以“聽說領先、讀寫跟上”的原則進行，因此，考試將注重對聽說能力的考查。
（3）滲透對能力的考查。學習英語的目的就是要運用其進行交際，小學英語的教學必須教給學生運用語言的方法和能力，因此，考試也將注重對學生閱讀理解能力的考查。
2、考查要求
以《英語課程標準》為指導，以教材規(guī)定的學習內(nèi)容和教學目標為依據(jù)，不超綱、超本?？荚嚨哪康闹饕强疾閷W生初步的聽力、語言情境交際、簡單的書寫、語言表達能力等。
3、內(nèi)容及范圍
考試范圍以《英語課程標準》為依據(jù)，涵蓋pep新版六上、六下的內(nèi)容，其中六上占40％，六下占60％。由于我市小學英語的教育教學水平還有待進一步提高，因此，今年英語寫作仍就不列入考查范圍，適當降低考試難度。
4、形式和試卷結構
本次考試采用閉卷考試形式，時間為60分鐘，試卷滿分100分。試卷由聽力部分（40分）、筆試部分（60分）構成。試題力求貼近學生生活實際，嚴控難度值，試卷一、二、三檔題比為7：2：1。
