乳腺癌術(shù)后疼痛與鎮(zhèn)痛

乳腺癌術(shù)后疼痛綜合征(post-mastectomy pain syndrome,PMPS），發(fā)生率10-80%，乳腺癌術(shù)后數(shù)月至多年慢性疼痛，疼痛部位：腋臂肩部（80%）、胸部疤痕區(qū)，疼痛程度：13%嚴(yán)重，39%中度，48%輕度，性質(zhì)：神經(jīng)病理性疼痛（neuropathic pain，NP），疼痛區(qū)域伴不同程度的感覺(jué)障礙。
