這一年我們做過(guò)了太多山水自然空間
有被評(píng)論、有被肯定、有被贊賞
但是自我感覺(jué)總是少了一些極致與顛覆
當(dāng)從事園林的干起了古建
當(dāng)一方空間只做一個(gè)中亭
其實(shí)我們不僅僅在做景觀設(shè)計(jì)
更多的是一場(chǎng)傳承,一種突破,一個(gè)開(kāi)始







為什么說(shuō)是一場(chǎng)新的冒險(xiǎn),至少現(xiàn)在看來(lái)還是心有余悸,這是一次創(chuàng)新性的嘗試,并且面對(duì)著一群人的質(zhì)疑,慶幸的是還好我們留有一份自我博弈的堅(jiān)持。

最初看到這片土地只是一塊很普通的土地,些許亮點(diǎn)只是眺望四周,有肉眼可見(jiàn)的遠(yuǎn)山,距離太湖很近,天空有著廣袤純凈的藍(lán),有著博物館風(fēng)格的網(wǎng)紅建筑,四周白墻圍合,構(gòu)成了眼前將要交手幾個(gè)月的空間。說(shuō)實(shí)話,這也讓初識(shí)場(chǎng)地的團(tuán)隊(duì)陷入沉思,我們是要按照甲方要求打造一方酒店式下沉空間,還是從蘇州地緣出發(fā),讓場(chǎng)地獨(dú)具特色,如果選擇獨(dú)具特色,又如何與建筑風(fēng)格融合,統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言?

There were distant mountains visible to the naked eye, and it was very close to Taihu Lake. The sky was vast and pure blue. Together, it constitutes a space that will be fought for a few months in front of us. To be honest, this also made the team who knew the venue for the first time to ponder. Should we create a hotel-style sunken space according to the requirements of Party A, or should we start from the geographical location of Suzhou and make the venue unique? Fusion of architectural styles and unified design language?


帶著諸多問(wèn)題,我們選擇回歸場(chǎng)地本身,從問(wèn)題原點(diǎn)出發(fā),并求其解。我們走訪考察了大量的蘇式山水園林,以期獲得設(shè)計(jì)靈感,轉(zhuǎn)遍了周遭聞名的博物館、文物館,汲取設(shè)計(jì)巧思,終于在一方古文物玻璃墻承納著小小古亭的雕塑面前,久久駐留。置身四周玻璃墻圍合的空間仿若穿越至四周白墻圍合的中庭水院,一瞬間的感同身受,是大膽的提議實(shí)踐,我們是不是也可以將這一方四角古亭搬至場(chǎng)地空間,就在這一方純粹空間,造一方極致的古建中亭。

Finally, in front of the sculpture with a small ancient pavilion on the glass wall of ancient cultural relics, long stay. Being in the space enclosed by the surrounding glass walls is like passing through the atrium water courtyard enclosed by the surrounding white walls. The moment of empathy is a bold proposal and practice. Can we also move this square ancient pavilion to the site space? The pure space on this side creates the ultimate ancient pavilion on the other side.

在大膽的提議過(guò)后,還有更大的博弈在等著當(dāng)時(shí)陶醉于喜獲設(shè)計(jì)靈感的團(tuán)隊(duì)、難題接踵而至:我們以前也做過(guò)古建項(xiàng)目,包括著名的南京莫愁湖公園古建的新建和改造;但每一處古建文物都是有自己獨(dú)特的靈魂與脾性的,這一方亭中,我們?cè)撊绾巫?,怎么做,是一?chǎng)全新的思考與挑戰(zhàn)。

當(dāng)時(shí)的想法有多美好,真正施工起來(lái)才知道多艱難,古亭木結(jié)構(gòu)需要一定的文物價(jià)值,我們跑遍了無(wú)數(shù)個(gè)古亭舊址才挖掘到適合的古亭舊料,古木、瓦片材質(zhì)易碎需運(yùn)輸工人細(xì)心搬運(yùn),以防顛簸破壞;四角飛檐整體調(diào)性為與場(chǎng)地建筑風(fēng)格融合,設(shè)計(jì)方案幾經(jīng)易稿。

好在過(guò)程設(shè)計(jì),我們借鑒了《林泉高致》中山水意境布局,將整個(gè)場(chǎng)地看作是一幅水墨畫(huà)卷,將亭子落位于畫(huà)幅中景,運(yùn)用“對(duì)景”、“借景”等手法,將亭子與建筑、鏡水、天幕、行人等結(jié)合起來(lái),宛自天成,極具美感。

亭子建設(shè)中,取法建筑學(xué)家李誡所著的《營(yíng)造法式》,從建造材質(zhì)、亭頂造型、瓦片肌理、榫卯關(guān)系、柱體結(jié)構(gòu)等角度效法、借鑒,我們邊學(xué)習(xí)邊論證邊落地。和有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的工人師傅一起現(xiàn)場(chǎng)堆瓦推銷(xiāo)模數(shù),全過(guò)程全天候跟蹤施工過(guò)程。并將其中來(lái)自蘇州本地的一處古亭舊料與自然杉木,進(jìn)行解構(gòu)重生,重塑一方純凈的中庭空間,一方唯有時(shí)間留下痕跡的“沁亭”空間,一方融合舊與新,質(zhì)樸與精工的“觀心”天地。

隨著四季變化,白晝交替。陽(yáng)光打在柔和的米白墻體、古亭舊木之上,光影折射于水面,風(fēng)起,水波微漾與空間產(chǎn)生對(duì)話,令人心曠神怡。我們運(yùn)用自然主義設(shè)計(jì)手法,“讓光線來(lái)做設(shè)計(jì)”,以光柔化古亭與建筑的邊界,融入中庭空間,渾然天成。其實(shí)往往越是簡(jiǎn)單的空間,越能體現(xiàn)出古亭的多重姿態(tài),蘊(yùn)藉獨(dú)有的山水美學(xué)精神。

是一場(chǎng)無(wú)畏的冒險(xiǎn)也好,是一次迎難而上的嘗試也罷,可喜的是在無(wú)數(shù)次的質(zhì)疑與推翻面前,我們選擇了堅(jiān)持與重來(lái),好在無(wú)論是甲方、設(shè)計(jì)方、施工方我們都始終堅(jiān)持著一個(gè)信念,要做一方極致的中庭水院,要做一處純粹的古建沁亭。

這已不單是一處觀景之地,景觀之所,更多的是一處承載社交、娛樂(lè)、會(huì)友、陶冶身心的媒介,站在此處,你會(huì)常常想到蘇軾的“惟有此亭無(wú)一物,坐觀萬(wàn)景得天全”。在這里與建筑、鏡水對(duì)話、交流,然后隨風(fēng)而過(guò),悠然忘我,尋找“暢神”、“怡身”,超然物外。
