大家都知道眼睛的結(jié)構(gòu)中有一個(gè)很重要的組織叫做視網(wǎng)膜,視網(wǎng)膜容易受到強(qiáng)光的影響而造成視覺功能障礙、光誘導(dǎo)視網(wǎng)膜損傷等,從而造成細(xì)胞一系列損傷和細(xì)胞壞死,導(dǎo)致感光細(xì)胞的凋亡和視網(wǎng)膜變性[1]。黃斑色素位于視網(wǎng)膜光感受器的前部,相當(dāng)于一個(gè)保護(hù)性的過濾器,對具有破壞性波長的光線具有吸收作用,對眼睛具有重要的光損傷防護(hù)作用。
