內(nèi)置花園小宅,日本 / HEARTH ARCHITECTS


   住宅位于Minakuchi-juku的老街道,是東海道53個(gè)階段之一。盡管在江戶時(shí)期,這里曾經(jīng)被修整過,社區(qū)空間和道路依然狹窄和擁擠。想要在住宅與街道之間預(yù)留較大的活動(dòng)空間幾乎是不可能的。盡管場(chǎng)地的東北角似乎位置不錯(cuò),但場(chǎng)地東南部的房屋卻很難落成。因此,設(shè)計(jì)師將場(chǎng)地東南部向內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)成花園。這種設(shè)計(jì)不僅解決了場(chǎng)地限制所帶來的問題,也讓住宅的居住環(huán)境更加豐富怡人。花園內(nèi)的季節(jié)性大樹如同住宅的代表符號(hào)一般,居住者可以從各個(gè)角度觀賞到它。炎炎夏日中,它茂密的樹葉為住宅提供必要的遮擋,冷酷的冬季里,它落敗的樹葉又將暖陽引入室內(nèi)。住宅與四季一同變化。

This house is located along old streetscape in “Minakuchi-juku”, which is one of Fifty-three stages of the Tokaido.  Although, it was consolidated during the Edo Period.  The community road and the space are narrow, so it’s impossible to make large space between the road and the house, and it’s difficult to build a house in the southeast in spite of the corner location in the northeast,   which is good site location.  So, I arranged inner garden in southeast.  In doing so, I not only solved the problem point concerning the ground, but also made rich living climate. There is a symbolic deciduous tree in the inner garden which is visible from anywhere in, it plays a role as sunshade in leafy summer and as letting the sunshine in in non-leafy winter.  The clients can enjoy the change of the seasons and time through the symbolic tree.

上世紀(jì)50年代,西班牙地中海沿岸地區(qū)經(jīng)歷了城市化的變革,期間建造了大量公共設(shè)施、酒店和度假別墅。這間頂層公寓就坐落在阿利坎特海岸的名為“Adoc莊園”的綜合體中,該綜合體建于1960年,共包含約2000戶住宅。在這里,人們可以看到鐵路、停車場(chǎng)、各種各樣的商店、恒溫水池,以及將建筑與沙灘、港口和海洋連接起來的人行天橋、樓梯與升降機(jī)。鑒于Serra Grossa與海洋間的巨大坡度,這些設(shè)施在當(dāng)時(shí)皆運(yùn)用了先進(jìn)的建造方案。

In the 50s, in Spain there was a process of urbanization of the Mediterranean coast. It built infrastructure, hotels and housing for summer holiday. This small penthouse is located in one of these macro-developments, called ‘Finca Adoc’: a complex about 2,000 homes developed in 1960, in the Alicante coast. In this complex, we can find a railway, car parkings, numerous shops, heated pool and differents footbridges, stairways and elevators, designed to conect the various levels of the buildings to the beach, port and sea. All this constructions with ans advanced engineering solutions for the time, due to the steep slopes between the sea and the Serra Grossa.

如今的西班牙已甚少建造新的住宅,而是進(jìn)入了住宅修復(fù)的階段。許多沿海的度假公寓被改造成了新的住宅并持續(xù)發(fā)揮作用,并通過TRAM等公共交通設(shè)施與城市相連。這座當(dāng)代的地中海城市已經(jīng)完全擺脫了限制,并沿著海岸描繪出其新的邊界。在該項(xiàng)目中,周邊環(huán)境對(duì)這座位于Albufereta海岸的理性主義建筑中的公寓的翻新起到了重要的作用。壯觀的地中海海景和阿利坎特城使設(shè)計(jì)師將該項(xiàng)目視為一個(gè)連接內(nèi)外的交界面,如同一扇巨型的透明窗戶。

Nowadays, in Spain no more homes are built. However, it exits a process of rehabilitation of existing buildings. We are watching how the holiday apartments, many of them near of the sea, are becoming homes of continuous use, or how the summer developments being linked to the city by public transport infrastructure, such as the TRAM in this area. The contemporary Mediterranean city loses its limits, and it draws new boundaries parallel to the sea. In this case, the context is very important when you are thinking about the rehabilitation of this penthouse, located in a rationalist building near of Albufereta beach. The spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Alicante let us think the project as an interface between the inside and the outside, like a big trasparent window.

原先的公寓有著剛性的框架和狹小的空間,如今成為了一間能夠滿足各種需要的靈活住所。這要得益于對(duì)室內(nèi)空間的拓展、對(duì)廚房和客廳的結(jié)合、大空間內(nèi)的可移動(dòng)分隔以及對(duì)儲(chǔ)藏空間的擴(kuò)充。建筑自動(dòng)化實(shí)現(xiàn)了空間的重置,并帶來透明度與靈活性。智能的恒濕系統(tǒng)、高強(qiáng)度吸聲裝置、照明場(chǎng)景、聲音系統(tǒng)等一系列設(shè)施使住宅能夠適應(yīng)各種不同的功能和使用需求。設(shè)計(jì)師的目標(biāo)是為一對(duì)年輕夫婦打造一間新的頂層公寓住宅,使其充分地享受來自海岸的燈光,讓絢麗奪目的光線、云霧、微風(fēng)和海浪共同帶來動(dòng)人的居住體驗(yàn)。

The old apartment had a rigid structure of small spaces. Now it becomes a flexible house, where the costumer needs can be integrated. This is achieved through: the extension of the interior space, the union of kitchen and living room, big rooms with mobile partitions, and the expansion of storage spaces. Along with transparency and flexibility, building automation allows spaces reschedule. Intelligent hygrothermal conditioning systems, mattresses high acoustic absorption, lighting scenes, the sound system … allow housing to change and adapt to different uses and occupations. Our goal was to create a home for a young couple, a penthouse where live inside the sea, to live with the light from the coast. Somehow, we try to allow light, glare, haze, clouds, wind, waves … amend the emotional experience of housing.
