摘 要:目的:通過文獻分析,初步總結(jié)中醫(yī)辨證治療慢性萎縮性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastnritis,CAG)配伍用藥規(guī)律。方法:檢索1994-2006年中醫(yī)辨證治療CAG相關(guān)文獻,提取證候類型、辨證用藥等信息,建立
數(shù)據(jù)庫并進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:CAG脾胃虛弱證治療以益氣健脾藥為主,常與溫里藥、理氣藥、活血藥和養(yǎng)陰藥組合配伍;肝胃不和證以疏肝理氣藥與活血藥、養(yǎng)陰藥組合配伍最多見;脾胃濕熱證以化濕藥與理氣藥、健脾益氣藥之間的配伍最多見;胃陰不足證中養(yǎng)陰藥主要與理氣藥、活血藥、和胃消導(dǎo)藥組合配伍;胃絡(luò)瘀血證組方以活血化瘀藥為主,常配伍理氣藥、益氣健脾藥和養(yǎng)陰藥。結(jié)論:辨證治療CAG用藥有一定的規(guī)律可循,多在主方、主藥的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮本證型病機特點,適當(dāng)配伍其他類藥物,或使其兼顧病機更加廣泛,提高主藥治療效果,或防止主藥作用太過,佐制其潛在副作用,充分體現(xiàn)了中醫(yī)治病從整體出發(fā),重視辨證論治的思想。

Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Abstract:Objective:To study the drug matching rule of Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) based on syndrome differentiation by analyzing the related literatures.Methods:Searching related literatures published from 1994 to 2006,establishing the database with the terms,such as syndrome type,drugs,and et al,then analyzing it using corresponding statistical methods.Results:CAG of spleen deficiency mainly treated with the method of replenishing qi and invigorating spleen,matched with the drugs of supplementing yang,promoting blood circulation and replenishing yin.Disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome treated with soothing liver and regulating qi,matched with promoting blood circulation and replenishing yin.Syndrome of middle-jiao damp-heat treated with eliminating dampness matching with regulating qi and invigorating spleen.Stomach yin deficiency syndrome treated with replenishing yin,and mainly coordinating with drugs of regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and promoting digestive function.Syndrome of stomach meridian stasis treated with promoting blood circulation,mainly combinded with regulating qi,invigorating spleen and replenishing yin.Conclusion:There really exist some rules of drug matching in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Chinese herbal medicine based on syndrome differentiation.That is matching some drugs with different function based on the use of main prescription according to characteristics of individual syndrome,which aims to promote the therapeutic effect or preventing side effect of main prescription.
