【摘要】 目的探討老年高血壓患者高尿酸血癥與缺血性腦卒中發(fā)生的相關(guān)性。方法分析100例60歲以上老年原發(fā)性高血壓患者,根據(jù)尿酸水平分為對(duì)照組(尿酸≤417μmol/L,51例)和實(shí)驗(yàn)組(尿酸≥417μmol/L,49例),比較兩組血尿酸水平與缺血性腦卒中之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果兩組在年齡、體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)、飲酒史、糖尿病史等一般情況方面差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。入院時(shí)的尿酸水平,吸煙史及腦卒中發(fā)生率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組不同時(shí)間段各組間尿酸和腦卒中嚴(yán)重程度評(píng)分均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),調(diào)整腦卒中的其他危險(xiǎn)因素后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的腦卒中的發(fā)生率是對(duì)照組的2.88倍(β=1.059,OR=2.884,P=0.03)。結(jié)論尿酸水平增高與老年原發(fā)性高血壓患者腦卒中發(fā)生密切相關(guān)。
